While the team is having a really hard time in division 8, we are remaining hopeful that Testudo (USA CYCL1NG'S talent scouter) finds us a good talent this time. But if he does not bring home a good talent welll we got training money now.
PS: Testudo is the name of my favorite college sports team mascot :)

Hey, I'm with ya in div 8. :P
After making lots of mistakes I have decided to only train potential captains. You can always buy a LO or TM.
I got another rider that was going to start training soon. Cant be to picky either since I dont have money like other teams that can afford those good potiential riders. But i get what you are saying and thanks

He did ok, but personally I would find a rider that is a little better. See how many times he was sold. Useful, but not great.
I kinda want my talent not to be any good so I can train :P

Try getting some of your LO`s into TF. It might make a difference.
